F-900 Flow Block Error

Troubleshooting steps with the 'Flow Block'

If the your F-900 shows a Flow Block message , you will need to check if the unit’s pump is running by listening for the hum/sound of the pump and going into Setup > Flow > Actual Flow see what the live rate is.

If the pump is not running or the Actual Flow rate is extremely low, raise the Set Flow rate from 80 (the standard) to 100. Then take a measurement, running the F-900 in monitor mode.

After the stabilization period, the pump should start running again. If it remains silent, the pump may have failed and may need to be returned to our facility for repair.
